The booking form collects your name, phone number, email address (if provided), selected treatment and optional message. This information is used only to process your booking request and contact you.
Please do not submit medical, health-related or other sensitive information through the form. We can discuss it separately if needed.

The information is not used for advertising.
4. Data retention
Booking requests submitted through the form are stored in Google Sheets. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed to process the request or meet legal obligations.
5. Service providers and external links
The form is processed using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. The controller receives a notification of each new request through Telegram. WhatsApp communication takes place via Meta Platforms, Inc. The site also links to Google Maps. External services apply their own privacy terms.
